Step-by-Step Guide

1. Account Setup

Click "Get Started" or "Sign Up" on the homepage
Choose to sign up with email or social authentication
Verify your email address if required
Complete your profile (optional but recommended)

2. Purchase Credits

Navigate to "Buy Credits" from the dashboard or header
Choose a credit package that suits your needs
Complete secure payment through Stripe
Credits are immediately added to your account

Credit Costs: Text apologies (1 credit), PDF letters (2 credits), Voice recordings (3 credits)

3. Create Your Apology

Click "Create Apology" from the dashboard
Share your story in the text area (processed ephemerally)
Choose your preferred format: Text, PDF, or Voice
Select the tone: Formal, Casual, or Heartfelt
Enter the recipient's email address
Review and submit your request

4. Receive Your Apology

AI processes your story and generates a personalized apology
The apology is automatically emailed to the recipient
You receive a confirmation email
All content is immediately deleted from our servers

Privacy & Security

Ephemeral Processing

Your personal stories are processed in-memory only
Generated apologies are automatically deleted after email delivery
No sensitive content is stored on our servers
Full compliance with GDPR and PIPEDA regulations
We use TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Email attachments are delivered over TLS; they are not end-to-end encrypted after delivery.
