Our commitment to privacy goes beyond PIPEDA requirements through ephemeral processing:

  • Personal stories are processed in-memory only
  • Generated apologies are automatically deleted after email delivery
  • No sensitive content is stored on our servers
  • Minimal data retention periods for account information

Making a Privacy Request

To make a privacy request under PIPEDA:

  1. Email our Privacy Officer at support@apologyowed.ai
  2. Include your full name and email address associated with your account
  3. Clearly describe your request (access, correction, complaint, etc.)
  4. Provide any relevant details that may help us process your request
  5. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days
  6. We will provide a substantive response within 30 days
